The Calebii
The Calebii, remenants of the Old Empire, are a powerful naval force within the Spine of Tebron. Our once independant neighbours swallowed up by the might of their warships, and they have sacked our island more than once. Imperious, cruel, deceitful and cold, the Calebii are the most hated of all the enemies of Arrakech.
